Geroge L. Dyer, Jr.

George L. Dyer, Jr. was born in Detroit, Michigan. He obtained his B.A. from Cornell University in 1955, and his law degree from Harvard in 1961. Dyer practiced law in Hawaii until 1987, when he retired and moved to Port Ludlow, Washington. He is the author of 40 Poems for T: The Fun of Writing Poetry (Tige Publishing Co., 1999). Dyer took up poetry in college. He was a 1961 graduate of Harvard. In addition to serving in the U.S. Navy as a pilot, Dyer also worked as a gun club clerk, lobsterman, dishwasher, photograpy processor, construction project inspector, and engineering library assistant.
