Robert Brown

Robert Brown was a clergyman, lecturer, and attorney. He was born at Ontario, Canada, the son of William and Fannie (McElmurry) Brown. He was educated at the Collegiate Institute, Ontario, the University of Chicago, McCormick Seminary, and Cumberland University. His poetry was anthologized in American States (1936), American Lyric Peotry (1936), Yearbook of Contemporary Poetry (1937) and appeared in various magazines and periodicals. He lived in Detroit, Michigan.
