James Anthony
Costello James Costello was born in Utica, New York, on August 10,
1937. He attended Lemoyne College in Syracuse, New York, where he
obtained his B.S. degree in 1959. He recieved his law degree from
SUNY-Albany and was admitted to the New York bar in 1966. Costello
worked as a patent attorney for E.I. du Pont de Nemours Company
and became that company's Senior Patent Counsel in 1992. Costello
founded En Passant Poetry, a poetry journal, in 1975; it
