Paul Phellis Dull "Dull, Paul Phellis (May 30, 1907- ), lawyer and judge, was born in Celina, Mercer County. He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan Univesity in 1929, was in education work, 1931-33, and graduated from Ohio State University Law School in 1937. He began practice in Celina in 1937, served in the U.S. Air Force, 1944-45, and has been judge of common pleas court, Mercer County, since 1947."
