Ephraim Richard Eastman "Eastman, Ephraim Richard (May 6, 1854-Feb. 14, 1931), lawyer, was born in Woodstock, Champaign County. He attended school in Union County, studied languages, and read law. After teaching school from 1872 to 1883, he began the practice of law, and lived in Ottawa."
