| Edgar Howard Fourt Judge E.H. Fourt was a native of Iowa, and lived in Wyoming for sufficient years that he became one of the.leading lawyers of the state. He made his home in Lander. Fourt was an 1890 graduate of the University of Wisconsin. He was appointed Judge of the Ninth Judicial District of Wyoming in 1927. Fourt was born on May 7, 1864 at DeSoto, Wisconsin. His parents were Charles S. and Hannah (Valentine) Fourt. He married Sarah Roberts in November, 1894.
