9, 1847."The Poems of Mr. Hart have been published extensively
from time to time in the periodical press. He was married to Miss
Lizzie Bell, and is still a resident of the place of his nativity.

had much experience, having established the Arkadelphia News, and
edited the same prior to its sale and chang of name to the Herald
