Louise Blackmar Hart Louise Hart was born at Columbus, Georgia, on January 27, 1911, the daughter of William Thomas and Mira (Bullard) Hart. She attended the Hartridge School for Girls in Plainfield, New Jersey, and Vassar College. Hart was a Special Attorney with the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. She was a member of the Federal Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, Georgia Society of Colonial Dames of America, and the Junto Club.
