George K. Holbert George K. Holbert practiced law in Elizabethtown, Kentucky and served as Circuit Judge of the Ninth Judicial District of Kentucky. "He holds B.S., A.B., and A.M. degrees and was for a time Superintendent of Instruction in a college and an associate editor of an educational journal.
