William Thomas Keller William Keller was born at Harrison County, Texas, on August 24, 1849. "Mr. Keller was admitted to the bar in 1875, and five years later was elected county judge of Harrison county, and served four successive terms." He then moved to San Angelo, where he practiced law and served as editor of the Enterprise. "He was married in 1871 to Miss E.H. Vance." [Thos. W.
