Hayward
D. Reynolds Hayward D. Reynolds is now Professor Emeritus at Capital University. He obtained his A.B. in 1953 and his J.D. degree in 1965 from Indiana University. He was admitted to the Florida bar in 1966 and in Ohio in 1978. He began his teaching career as an Assistant Professor of Business Law at the University of South Florida, where he taught from 1965 to 1970. He was on the faculty at Ohio Northern from 1970 to 1976.
