William Ebenezer Richmond We have, to date, located no biographical source of information on Mr. Richmond. He seems to have been, in some way, involved in Rhode Island's adoption of a constitution. He was, in the 1820s, editor of the Manufacturer's and Farmer's Journal which was published in Providence. He was a lawyer, and an author, so far as we know, of a single book of poetry.
