Anne Wadsworth Symington Anne Wadsworth Symington graduated from Harvard College from Georgetown University Law School. She was, according to one obituary, a lawyer, poet, book editor and world traveler. she is survived by her parents Stuart, Jr. and Janey Studt Symington of Saint Louis. Beloved mother of Charles Harker Rhodes IV and Travers Symington Rhodes of Hanover, New Hampshire; dear sister of S. Stuart (Susan) of St. Joseph, Missouri, Sidney of Geneseo, N.Y., and John (Margaret) Symington of Washington D.C.; loving niece of James W. and Sylvia Symington, and of Elizabeth O'Herin; devoted aunt, cousin and friend of many. Memorial service was held at the Washington National Cathedral's Chapel of Saint Mary on Saturday, September 3 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Washington National Cathedral's Gift fund, Wisconsin and Massachusetts Avenues, Washington, D.C. 20016 will be welcome.
